Job Description

- The objective of this role is to Plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates the production related activities to ensure achievement of defined and agreed targets.

- Translate the unit level priorities and goals for the year into results/deliverables by planning and coordinating with other functions to meet the defined production targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

- Track the defined measures, metrics, MIS & reporting mechanism to have complete view of the production activities and take appropriate corrective actions to ensure adherence to the plan (daily, weekly, monthly) and SLAs.

- Regularly review the production status to ensure that targets (SKU wise, tonnage wise) are met on time, that products are of the right quality and wastages are minimized to drive cost efficiencies;

- Engage with other functions to influence preparation of plans in manner that the overall Production objectives are met and fluctuations are limited.

Salary: INR 25,00,000 - 30,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

a. Education Qualification: Engineer having done engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Industrial/ Food technologists

b. Minimum experience of 5 years in production (either as AM- Production/ Manager- Production in similar size or small size firms)

c. Minimum overall experience: 10- 12 years

d. Maximum overall experience: 15- 17 years

e. Should have some experience in maintenance

f. Candidates from FMCG/ similar industry to be considered.
