Exp. in Ball Bearing Production,
- Maximizing productivity and reducing rejection by implementing improvement project,
- Ensure productivity targets are met,
- Achieving business plan targets and ensuring plant profitability,Estimating Cost and set QS
- Thorough knowledge of Process Design, Scale up, erection and commissioning activities.
- Hand on experience on Process trouble shooting & Capacity debottlenecking for batch and continuous process industry.
- Ability to develop new molecule and modify existing products in epoxies as per market/customer demand.
