Senior Manager/Project Incharge - Formulation Injectable Facility (12-15 yrs)
We required candidates from Pharma industry for Sr.Manager Projects at Tarapur with leading pharma company.
Must Requirements in Job role ( Knowledge/Experience/Qualification/Salary) :
1. Last 10 years working in formulation injectable facility out of which Last 5 years of experience in handling Project portfolio (in-house/green field)
2. Experience in Project Feasibility working and sharing of recommendations
3. Project overall Design and execution level working
4. Propose comparative proposals/quotes for plant & machinery based on GMP/commercial requirements (Indian manufacturer)
5. Experience of working in Production/Engineering/Projects departments at a managerial level
6. Handling of overall Project CAPEX of max 50 Cr in a year
7. Adaptability for change, expert in dealing with unstructured requirements, influencing & decision making ability
8. Total Experience of 12 to 15 year
Qualification : BE Mechanical/Any other Engg
Threshold Requirement in the Job role ( additional but not mandatory) :
1. Independently working on Need Identification and Conceptualization
2. Experience in Project Case building, presentation and getting it approved from management
3. Knowledge of Prince2/Project Mgt tools/Techniques
Post-Graduation/MBA in Project Management
Expected Output ( Quantitative/Qualitative) from the role in current or next 1 year
1. Project Performance in terms of Quality, Cost & Delivery
- Post Project expected benefit in terms of Capacity Enhancement, Cost Saving, Business Growth, Resource Optimization etc
