Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil

Experience: 07 - 15 years experience with reputed real estate companies

Role: Quantity Survey, Estimation, Cost Monitoring and Billing at a Managerial level handling multiple projects.

Job Description:-

Monitoring Cost Budget of all Project with respect to Contract strategy & Clauses, Contract administering to ensure timely execution of projects and to avoid Extra items / Variance.

Analysis of Existing process of contract, Billing & QS & give necessary feedback to management to improve the existing processes.

Preparation of construction Budget for all Projects in alignment with management objectives.

Quantity Estimation for all Projects.

Preparation of BOQs Tenders and Contract Documents related to Lump Sum, ITEM rate, & Cost plus tenders as per Conditions of Contract.

Foreseeing hurdles or special conditions that may hamper contract execution and mitigating the same.

Pre Contract Cost Management - BoQ Preparation, Value Engineering, Cost Plan Preparation, Tender Document Preparation, Floating RFQ, Service master Preparation, Technical Negotiation, Award of Contract.

Post Contract Cost Management - Billing, Cost Monitoring & Tracking, Reconciliation, Retention Release, Advance Recovery, Tracking of Safety Quality Debit, Payment follow up from Finance Dept., Contract Closure Report.

Checking the quantity working submitted by third party cost consultants.

Technical evaluation & Financial Evaluation of Bids as per qualification criteria and making recommendations to management prior to awarding the contract
