Senior Manager - Turbine Maintenance (10-15 yrs)
- Position is required to maintain and Improvement for all maintenance & operation activities in order to maintain the maximum level of reliability and the minimum level of maintenance costs for all pieces of equipment, installations and buildings from the plant.
- Responsible for preparation of Maintenance budget and its optimization
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of all kind of maintenance activities of Turbine.
Qualification : B.Tech - Mechanical/ Electrical with BOE certified.
Experience : 10 - 15 Years in relevant Operation & Maintenance profile in Turbine.
Responsibility :
- Responsible for any break down analysis.
- Responsible for searching the new maintenance technologies and methods in order to increase the reliability and reduce the maintenance costs for all pieces of equipment.
- Responsible for the repair procedures improvements.
- Responsible for the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and decisions in cooperation with the inspectors and Production Department.
- Responsible for creating and updating a formal Critical Condition Levels system for major pieces of equipment within the plant.
