Senior Manger - Production & Sourcing (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Inspecting the sourced products and decide whether it fits to the trend.
2. Look on the fabric, color, and design as per trend and season.
3. Coordinate with vendor team for appropriate trend and designs.
4. Check on the cost of the products.
5. Utilizing comprehensive understanding of fabrics, trims and garment construction and good understanding of, Embroidery techniques, Computer Embroidery, Printing, Dyeing and Washing.
6. Skills with strong relationship and management, leadership and organizational abilities.
7. Meeting with vendors and explaining new development requirement to vendor team
8. Planning for new season
9. Follow up with fashion designers for approvals and feedback.
10. Execution of running orders (production).
11. Sourcing and preparation of materials for new development.
12. Selection and finalizing of vendors for the upcoming trend based on vendors experience of making similar products.
13. Preparing the purchase order, costing and negotiation with suppliers.
14. Maintaining files and accounts
15. Updating time and action calendar
16. Candidate must be Garment or Cloth industry
