Job Title : Senior Manufacturing Engineer (ME plus):

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

- 5+ years recent experience in Milling and Turning process design, support, and tooling/fixture design and implementation required.

- ERP system experience preferred.

- CAD software experience required. SolidWorks preferred.

- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, outlook) preferred.

- The position requires support of Military product, and therefore requires American citizenship.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer (ME plus):

Requirement Needs

- Works on complex projects in development of methods and processes.

- Researches and offers solutions to resolve problems.

- Investigates, establishes, and implements requirements for equipment, tooling, materials, and methods of production.

- Recommends capital purchases. Determines best utilization of equipment, facilities, material flow, and personnel.

- Investigate and trouble shoot technical problems.

- Review engineering design changes and recommend modifications to minimize cost and ease of performance.

- Write, review and revise operation sheets, prepare or direct preparation of time studies.

- Evaluate and initiate orders for new machinery and equipment required in production process.

- Review programming and tooling numeric controlled equipment. Confer with engineering personnel on design changes, tooling and new product development programs.
