- Managing Customer Representatives Located at Customer Location.
- Tracking and monitoring customer Complaints and drive analysis and actions.
- Reporting to customer on concern analysis and close the issues
- Initiate Containment action and monitor at warehouse/Customer Stocks.
- Readiness audit for the customer audits.
