1. B.Sc Chemistry /M.Sc Chemistry /Diploma in chemical /BE Chemical + PGDIS compulsory

2. Ensure all EHS Compliance as per Govt. Regulation.

3. Daily Safety Inspection/Audit of different sections & highlighted the unsafe act/condition.

4. Find the Unsafe Act & Condition and prepare mitigation plan.

5. Training on fire safety & Static electricity, MSDS & Other as per EHS training plan.

6. Plan & Conduct Mock Drill in different condition.

7. Pump house inspection and test its working in auto and manual mode.

8. Safety Induction Training of new employee, contract labour and on job training.

9. Ensure fire safety equipment like fire alarm, PA system, Fire Extinguisher,hydrant system & other safety equipment health condition.

10. Conduct periodic inspections of lifting machine and tackles, pressure vessels and fork lift by competent person.

11. Details knowledge of work permit, LOTO & inspection at site on daily basis.

12. Knowledge of KAIZEN & 5S activity.

13. Chemical storage and handling safe procedure by following MSDS.

14. Make sure that PPES is suitable for use and for which it is intended and to be worn by everybody at all times.

15. Documentation & implementation of safety & environment management system as per OHSAS: 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2004 standard.

16. Coordinate for environmental monitoring like stack monitoring, air monitoring and water sampling, Noise monitoring through approved agency.

17. Design and conduct suitable training and educational programmed independently / in collaboration with other / external agencies for increasing awareness among workmen and prevention of accidents.

18. Job Safety Analysis, Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis, Establishing necessary preventive controls.

19. Investigate accident/incident,nearmiss and dangerous occurrence and to suggest remedy to the site management. conduct/ organizing safety committee meetings and implementing its recommendations.

20. Responsible for all HSE related activities like safety inspection, safety audit, Toolbox meeting, Safety Committee meeting, Safety Training, Work Permit System.

21. Involved in fire load calculation & fire-risk assessment of project site along with fire department to identify fire protection system requirement.

22. Actively involved in development of emergency response plan and creating awareness among workforce through training at various level of management and practicing mock-drills at workplace.

23. Implement contractor safety management through various meetings, tool-box talks, involvement in trade validation of contract work force, management site round.
