Senior Officer - Plant Maintenance (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :
- Preventive/Predictive/Corrective Maintenance of all Rotary equipments
- Routine Job/Resource Planning in SAP
- Material Procurement Requisition.
- MOC review and approval
- MOC execution after approval
- SMP and checklist preparation
- Risk assessment for all critical jobs
- Safe Work procedures permit system and Risk Analysis
- Flushing activities like cardboard blasting and chemical cleaning
- Providing various safety related and technical Refresher trainings.
- Asset criticality analysis
- Maintenance of utilities like
- Heat Exchanger, air compressor, Cooling Towers, Gas Turbines
- Rotary valves,Boilers and Heat recovery steam generators
- Heaters, Multistage High Pressure Boiler Feed water pumps
- Cooling Towers: Induced Type
- Compressors: High capacity and high pressure, both reciprocating and centrifugal
- Pumps : Centrifugal, reciprocating, screw, gear, dosing and sun-dyne pumps
- Fans - FD and ID
- Exchangers : Shell & Tube, Plate & Frame and Air Fin coolers
- Storage Tanks: Fixed roof, Floating roof
- Pressure vessels.
- Columns.
Eligibility :
- Experience must be in between 2-4 yrs with below 27 years of age.
- Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th % Degree without any year down or extended.
- Full time Mechanical degree is mandatory
Salary : INR 9,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA.
