POSITION SUMMARY:

- This position is responsible to understand, develop, and handle Product Design activities using HMI, SCADA for the systems, ensure & resolve customer complaints in line with Company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Functional:

- Understand, plan and carry out Product Design and development activities using HMI, SCADA for Machinery/Systems to lead the projects assigned by the superior.

- Design and develop parts & assemblies in line with Company standards and processes.

- Adhere to the Product development plans and schedules as agreed and committed with superior.

- Execute Product design projects well within the set target cost and development budget.

- Understand the problems in the Systems pertaining to Product design and coordinate with cross-functional teams for proactive solutions.

- Coordinate and support service department in effectively resolving customer complaints pertaining to Mechanical Design issues.

- Adhere strictly to the QMS standards and ensure that no NCs are pending from internal audits during the year.

Skills & Experience:

- Education Qualification: BE (Electrical & Electronics)

- PLC programming hands on experience PLCs like B&R, Mitsubishi, GE, Siemens or any reputed platform

- Hands on experience on HMI, SCADA, VFD parameter setting, Eurytherm PID controller.

- Able to understand existing logic, trouble shooting, and development of new logic.

- Exposure to interface with third party devices on network like RS232, 485 or Ethernet

- Able to understand flow diagram and preparation of program.

- Should be committed to project timeline.

- Programming using PLC like B&R, GE and Mitsubishi learning is mandatory.

- Back-up handling and storing after project completion.
