Senior Process Engineer (1-3 yrs)
SkillSet: PFD, UFD, PSFD, P, ID. Preparation and development of PFD, UFD, PSFD and P&ID; (process, utility and distribution).
- Preparation of Cause and Effect Diagram. Line Sizing and Pump Hydraulics calculations.
- Preparation of instrument process data sheet for control valves, pressure safety valves, flow elements, level, pressure and temperature elements, etc.
- Preparation of process data sheets for pressure vessel, reactor, heat exchangers, distillation column, pumps.
- Designing of Heat Exchanger, distillation column, Storage vessels, Thermosyphon Reboiler.
- Preparation and review of equipment layout. Hands on experience with latest tools for process engineering calculations, process simulation using HYSIS, PRO II, UniSim, Flare Net and CHEMCAD.
- Thermal designing and rating of Heat Exchangers on HTRI and HTFS software Knowledge of various codes, standards and guidelines (e.g. API520, API521 and API2000)
