Job Description
We are looking Team Leader - Process Engineer for Japanese MNC
Job Location - Becharaji (Gujarat)
Main activities/Roles & responsibilities (in order of importance)
1 Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow
2 Organize, implement and maintain production process flow.
3 Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed
4 Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes
5 Determine the organization and setup of operations
6 Create and develop new procedures and processes
7 Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation
8 Analyse, evaluate, and test new and existing processes.
9 Use process simulation software to determine the best production methods
10 Examine existing processes and suggest improvements.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,50,000 P.A.
