Senior Process Engineer - Consumer Electronics (2-10 yrs)

- To manage our fast growing employee base and production needs we are looking at Process Engineers who want to have startup experience and are ready to take the responsibility for designing, implementing, and improving industrial processes to optimize efficiency and productivity..
Roles & Responsibilities :
Designing and developing manufacturing processes : He will create plans for designing and developing new manufacturing processes or improving existing ones. Work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Analyzing production data : Own, Analyze and action Quality rejects across departments and non-compliance. Use statistical analysis tools including but not limited to lean six sigma to prioritize issues, build and implement action plans.
Developing and implementing process improvements : Based on the analysis, develop new methods, procedures, and systems to optimize production processes. Work with cross-functional teams to implement these improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
Maintaining process documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process control plans.
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations : Process engineers ensure that manufacturing processes comply with all safety and environmental regulations. Identify potential hazards and implement measures to prevent accidents and minimize environmental impact.
Training production teams : Provide training to production teams on new processes and procedures. Provide ongoing support to ensure that production teams understand and adhere to established processes.
Skills Requirement :
- BE/BTech is must
- Lean Six Sigma understanding is a must
- Atleast 2 years of experience in process engineering.
- Experience in Electronics manufacturing/service/repair is desirable.
- Good Communication skills and leadership skills
