Job Description
Graduate/ Diploma in Industrial Management, Engineering, Graphic Arts or related field. Education requirements may be substituted with advanced years of progressive Managerial and/or Executive experience working in a printing or mailing industry. 10+ years of experience in Barcode Labels, Ribbons, RFID products printing &packagingCompany. Primary responsibility will be tolead the plant to improved safety, quality, productivity and reduction of waste on a consistent and continual basis in each and every process.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for achievement of daily Production target as well monthly production targets with assured Quality.
Lead Production to improved safety, quality, productivity and reduction of waste on a consistent and continual basis in each and every process.
Timely availability of the production material on the basis of the production plan.
Review and evaluate production activities, performances and results. Initiate team action to identify and remove problems with schedules, excessive costs, materials or other factors affecting quality, safety and productivity levels inconsistent with continual improvement efforts.
Responsible for Supervision/Managing of all production machinery and manpower.
Work to improve performance of employees through consistent and continual leadership training programs.
Make recommendations regarding hires, terminations, promotions, transfers and training and merit increases of Plant Personnel. Motivate staff in support of department objectives and timely and effective schedules to ensure production goals.
To Develop / conceptualize latest technologies in the production department to enhance productivity as well as Quality with zero Defect.
Managing & motivate machine crew of Printing, cutting and packaging Machines.
Coordination with various departments for the smooth flow of operations. Provide reports and feedback of plant performance to support staffs as required. Responds to sales issues when required.
Checking Performance and solving the problems of production machines and manpower.
Summarization of all production and dispatches.
Insure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for implementing the ISO standard in production Department with proper documentation.
Maintain open communication with plant employees to improve safety, quality and productivity.
Demonstrate commitment to continual process improvement efforts in order to assure customer satisfaction.
Must have a complete understanding of process design and analysis and organizational planning.
Must be self-motivated and driven individual who is willing to take the initiative and work independently.
Plan and execute new product Development (NPD) process as well as being active in Maintenance.
