Position : Sr. Project Manager- Hospitality Group
KRA :
- Preparation and management of the project plan
- Prepare the project budget.
- Standardizing BOQ as per concept, Vetting of BOQ along with PMC/Designers
- Prepare & issue minutes of all project meetings.
- Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the company HSE policy.
- Maintain and enforce excellent construction standards and quality control.
