Senior Project Manager - Industrial Automation (10-15 yrs)
Relevant Experience: 10-15 years or above in Automation, Robotic industries, Process Engineering and SPM's with International project exposure
Skill Set:
- Project planning & Execution, MS-office, MS-project, Customer handling, conflict resolution, Budget & Resource Management, Leadership, Scope Management, Risk identification and Mitigation planning, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Identification & Negotiation, Waterfall & Agile methodologies,
- Good to know - Project risk, Project Charter, FMEA, RACI matrix, Project Documentation, PMBOK- (Project Management Body of knowledge), (PMP-Project Management Professional, PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments, Scrum Master)
- Aa Senior Project Manager responsible for leading and overseeing complex projects-globally from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Assign tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
3. Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and implement risk management plans.
4. Communication:
- Coordinate with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
- Provide project updates, status reports, and progress tracking.
5. Budgeting and Cost Management:
- Establish and manage project budgets.
- Track expenses, forecast costs, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and requirements.
- Implement quality control processes and procedures.
7. Monitoring and Control:
- Track project progress, identify and address deviations.
- Take corrective action to ensure project stays on track.
8. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate agreements.
9. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Implement changes to enhance project management practices.
Experience and Requirements:
1. 10 to 15+ years of Project Management experience.
2. Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
5. Proficient in Project Management tools, techniques, and methodologies
6. Certification in PMP
