Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction (15-18 yrs)
Position- Sr. Project Manager

5. Good knowledge of Construction Methodology.
Job details-
1. To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
2. Handle the project with best construction benchmarks and standards.
3. Responsible for End to End Project Management and Execution work.
4. Lead the planning and implementation of project.
5. Management of existing clients & Liaison with external agencies, Govt. officials, Statutory Bodies.
6. Coordinate with Architects/ Consultants/ Contractors for smooth operations of project.
7. Plan and schedule project timelines.
8. Define project tasks and resource requirements.
9. Coordinates Project related approvals, activities with Government or other agencies as required.
10. Coordinate with Costing Team for Cost Estimate for the project work.
11. Keep track of Project Milestones as per schedule.
12. Manage project budget & project resource allocation.
13. Implement and manage project changes as and when required and get it approved.
14. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Experience- 15 yrs plus of work experience
Reporting to-
Functionally- To Project Director
Administratively- To Regional Operations & Projects Head
Qualification- B.E. / B. Tech Civil - PG in Construction Management will be added advantage
Note- Candidates with Diploma Qualification with good experience in projects can be considered. ( Experience to be more than 20 yrs)
Experience- Working experience of Projects related to Industrial Buildings, Factories, Plant, PEB Structures, Logistic Parks, and Warehouse will be preferred.
Software skills- Hands on working on MS Projects are required.
