Senior Project Manager (Interior Fit Out - Banking)

Job Description :

- Lead Multiple Interior Site projects independently, develop individual project plans and complete with budgetary. Convey project objectives to team members involved & lead strategically implementation of Projects.

- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, False Ceiling, Partition and all installations & should be very thorough with architectural and interior design along with sound knowledge of building services (Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Fire Fighting).

- Act as the main technical adviser on a worksite for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives

- Set out, level, and Mark the site

- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications & Drawings

- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials

- Handling multiple Project at a time, assigning a task for the team, and ensure a smooth transaction with the team

- Manage, monitor, and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect

- Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project

- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors

- Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed on deadlines

- Keeping track of project cost, quality, safety, schedule, resources, etc over the duration of the project. Taking remedial measures for contingencies.

- Timely issuance of consultancy bills and regular follow-ups of payment.

- Completion of all the activities mentioned in the snag list.

- Verification of extra items in the final bill and performing rate analysis.

- Handing over the project to the client with all requirements fulfilled as per as-built drawings.

- Collecting completion certificate and arranging professional photography of the site.

- Preparation of completion certificate for the contractors and consultants.

- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

- Guiding and managing a team of engineers and architects to check the drawings, designs, engineering calculations, contractor bills, JMRs.

- Maintaining email communications and complete documentation to manage the project professionally.

- Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress

Qualification And Experience :

i. BE Civil is a Must with Minimum 10+ Years of Experience in Interior Fit outs for Retail or Banking Industry.

ii. Team management and managing large number of projects parallelly (small to medium scale) to ensure smooth execution, timely completion, quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

iii. Excellent portfolio of previous works.

iv. Artistic ability, vision and creativity.

v. Projects and time management skills.

vi. Communication and time management skills

vii. Acting as an interface between the client, contractors and consultants to resolve all project issues and arrive at optimal solutions.

viii. Accomplishing site visits PAN INDIA for different projects and preparing relevant documentation including agenda, site visit reports and minutes of meetings.

ix. Organizing weekly review meetings of the in-house project team and sorting out all collaboration issues.

x. Maintaining the quality of all the documents with the required level of detailing at each stage.
