Senior Purchase Executive - Vendor Management (4-7 yrs)
GENERAL DISCRIPTION :
1) The group looks the purchase of all the general material, Production consumables, Chemicals, Tools etc. According to the required need of the industries.
2) Store department store the material properly in the storage room.
3) If the material need to be imported then within 45 days the department need to be check whether all the purchase is done and other function include i.e. (Pricing, Availability of the materials in the market, All these materials are stored in the department for 34 month.
WORK EXEPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
1) Minimum 5 year purchasing knowledge.
2) Good negotiation skill and he has a knowledge of product.
3) Maintain MIS as per requirement.
4) Deal with different vendor and mange accordingly.
5) he will be able to make purchase order and process, and monitor delivery.
6) He will be able to build relationship with existing and new vendors.
7) Able to implement purchase policy, procedure, systems as per company policy.
8) He has a good management skill of store department.
9) Able to float inquiries in the market for required material and process,
English Communication Must.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT :
1) Graduate or MBA
2) Computer skill
Salary : 25k to 30k Per Month. (as per interview & previous co.)
