Senior Quality Control Manager/AGM - Injectables (17-20 yrs)
Job Description :
1. To monitor the activities of individual areas of working like Raw material, packing material, finished product, Stability and microbiology.
2. Responsible for Raw Material / Packing Material / Finished Product release.
3. To ensure GLP and GMP compliance in every area of working in the laboratory as per written procedures.
4. To ensure the upkeep of Laboratory instruments, i.e. Calibration and Preventive Maintenance as per the planned schedule.
5. To ensure proper and timely training of all QC personnel as per the training planner / schedule.
6. To approve all specifications, STP, GTP, Departmental SOP's and any other document authorized to approve.
7. To ensure the availability of all required chemicals, columns and any other miscellaneous items and their approval of procurement.
8. To ensure timely Analytical technology transfer and Analytical method validations.
9. Review of OOS / OOT/ OOL Results in the Laboratory & Review of Change Control / Deviations / Incidents.
10. Approval of Preventive Maintenance / Calibration Schedule in the Laboratory.
11. To ensure the timely electronic data backups /archrivals.
12. To ensure the availability of all required Laboratory standards.
13. To ensure the availability of all approved analytical methods/specifications.
Salary:INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.
