Senior Quality Engineer - Electronics (5-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Setup a holistic system for Supplier Quality Assurance through audits and continuous improvement of supplier systems and processes (including but not limited to : Machining, Plating process, Surface Treatments etc.)
- Establish suitable Quality Control systems and own product quality during the development, manufacturing and sustaining phases of product's life cycle
- Line Quality check and Outbound Quality Check through Validation of Manufacturing Processes and In process audits, evaluation of Process Capability and revamp of existing systems and processes
- Installation Quality Support through critical evaluation of existing installation procedures, development of quality management protocols at customer site and drive continuous improvements in the implementation process
