Senior Quality Engineer - Incoming Quality - AC Manufacturing (2-6 yrs)
Designation : Sr. Engineer Incoming Quality
Job Location : Goa
Business Unit/Division : AC Division
Qualification : B. Tech (Electronics/ Mechanical)
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :
- OQC Defect couteraction management
- LQC Defect control with Mfg
- Line Audit & Counteractions
- Process fool proofing & Quality innovation
- Line Defect detection & enhancement
Personality Traits :
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
- Certified auditor for ISO9001
- Knowledge of QC 7Tool, TQM, SQC/SPC
- Should know APQP / PPAP System
Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job :
- Should have experience in Mechanical, Electronic & Electrical Parts (Plastics. Press, PCB, Motor, Pump etc) development, Testing, Process capability.
- IQC Quality Engineer should be good at Data Analysis & Soft skills
- He / She should do defect analysis, Mainly have done analysis on electronics components (PCB etc)
- Well aware of Quality systems, QC 7 Tool & ISO Audit requirements
- Ready to travel for field visit (All India)
- To Measure Product Field performance monthly and prepare action plan from Factory
- Apply problem solving techniques and address the resolution of the issues with suppliers (8D) / CAPA/Six Sigma
- Resolving major issues at customer end and taking care not to repeat again from the factory.
