Senior Quality Engineer - Mechanical - Belt Conveyor/NDT (0-10 yrs)
Job Position : Quality Engineer - Mechanical
Qualification : B. Tech. Mechanical or Diploma
Experience : 4-7 Years
Required Skills & Experience :
- Skilled in reading Mechanical Drawings
- Awareness of belt conveyor systems, pipe conveyors, Stacker Reclaimer, etc.
- Should Be At least NDT- II. At Least LPE, UT
- Has knowledge of codes and standards
- Has knowledge of fabrication
- Has knowledge of welding processes, WPS PQR, SMAW, MIG, SAW etc.
- Has Thorough knowledge of Testing processes
- Has Thorough knowledge of mechanical Instruments
- Awareness of heat treatment of material, post heat treatment, pre heat treatment etc
- Knowledge of surface preparation and painting with EN codes.
- Knowledge of MS Office and other computer skills
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsibilities for preparation of quality plan, inspection dossier, Manufacturing Plan Etc.
- Responsible for Client Inspection as well as in-process activities during fabrication/manufacturing.
- Total responsibilities for report preparations
- Handling of non-Conformities defect analysis, CAPA
