Designation/Title : AM - supplier Quality - Investment Casting-

Location : Faridabad

Job Description : Analysing non-conformances and improving supplier quality to meet the organization's requirements.

Vendor Management :

- Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of quality, cost, delivery and service.

- Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material / execution of job works.

- Coordinating with suppliers for new product development and implementation.

- Developing alternatives local vendors for the costly imported BOP, maintaining quality as per the standards of imported items to reduce manufacturing cost.

- Establishing good working relationships with vendors through personal contact; discussing and resolving problems regarding delayed delivery dates.

- Receipt Quality- of investment casting

Quality Assurance & Testing :

- Instrumental in taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance with above standards & customer requirements.

- Periodically conducting Internal Audits to assess the status of deployment of systems and taking corrective measures for achieving organizational objectives.

- Conducting vendor audits and monitoring day-to-day supplier performance to ensure that materials / spare parts procured confirm to the industrial quality standards.

- Subservient in developing & evaluating vendor and conducting periodic audit of vendor and subcontract process.

Desire Profile :

Experience : 5-10 yrs exp.

Education : Candidate must be B.Tech & Diploma - Mechanical

Salary Range : 4-7 lpa
