Senior Role - Estimation/Billing/Contracts - Real Estate (14-25 yrs)
Job Description :
Project Cost Budgeting & Cost Monitoring, for large scale Real Estate developments, high rises & Mega Cities experience is preferred.
Coordination with various design cells and the estimation package teams.
Bench marking of Cost, based on previous Projects.
Review of Design development Packages and explore further need for Cost Optimization across various packages and Value Engineering options feasible.
Ensure confirmation of adherence to various policies and norms, while preparation of Budgets & review of Design development Packages.
Ensure timely and accurate Estimation for various trades, by the team.
Periodic Preparation & Reviews of Cost to Complete Reports as per policy.
Maintaining active communication with various departments like Design, Procurement & Construction Management.
Appraising the Project Cost Status to the Management.
To Implement Best Practices used in the Industry
