Role title : Senior Role - Facility Management - Manufacturing
- Man Management Facility Management, Housekeeping, and Transport & Security Initiatives and EHS management central monitoring of housekeeping and administration and controlling performance of the housekeeping agency.
- Effective governance of various statutory compliance related to trade license, contract labor license, phonographic performance license, hoarding & advertisement permit, labor laws, Trade Union act, Industrial dispute act, Minimum wages act, bonus act, factories act, license, Shop & Establishment act, Maternity act, equal remuneration act, workmen compensation act, employees state insurance act, employees provident fund & miscellaneous provision act.
- Handle factory facilities operations.
- Vendor's contract negotiation for equipment commissioning, AMC/CAMC for facilities, maintenance of utility equipment
- Proven expertise in overall factory administration and maintaining cordial labor management relations.
- Handling day today administration of the unit and ensuring compliance to factory act /other statutory requirements and maintaining all necessary records.
- Facilities management, critical engineering, projects, transaction, general office administration.
- Directing evaluation of project, present cost / benefits analysis at project decision points for construction of commercial complex, Utility & Infrastructures.
- Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical Engineers having 14 - 26 Years of similar kind of experience can also apply for this position.
