Senior Role - Facility Management Professional - Manufacturing (15-22 yrs)

Job Role : Manages the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, buildings and grounds.
Detailed JD :
- Manages and directs the daily activities of the facilities department, including significant budget responsibility for expense and capital expenses including capital expenses requests and utilities expense management strategies.
- Oversees contractors for facilities renovation projects entailing mechanical, structural, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition (HVAC), electrical, production floor arrangement, etc. ; ensures that vendors meet corporate standards and deliver promised services and materials.
- Coaches and motivates staff; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates works assignments considering employee skills and development needs.
- Manages financial controls and risk ensuring operations are executed within established budgets
- Identifies opportunities to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Specifics :
- At least 15 years- experience managing large scale facilities having pan India presence.
