Senior Role/Head - Supply Chain Management - eCommerce (3-5 yrs)
Manage all supply chain functions- procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution- to ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Optimization: Set and execute a streamlined, cost-effective supply chain strategy.
- Inventory & Forecasting: Ensure ideal stock levels, reduce stockouts, and collaborate with teams on forecasts.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate supplier relationships and secure favorable terms.
- Logistics & Distribution: Oversee warehousing, transport, and global order fulfillment.
- Quality & Compliance: Enforce quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Track KPIs, use insights to improve operations.
- Leadership: Build and lead a collaborative SCM team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 10+ years in SCM, ideally in e-commerce or luxury goods.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in ERP/WMS/TMS systems and advanced Excel.
