Senior Safety Expert - Pharmaceutical Domain (17-25 yrs)
Job Description :
We are currently looking for Safety Professionals who are expertise in Du Pont System from RLI or CLI for our Leading Global Pharmaceutical Client.
Note : Telugu Speaking is Mandatory
Designation : Senior Manager/ AGM/DGM
Experience : 18 to 25 Years
Education : B.Tech + Diploma from RLI/CLI is Manadate
Division : Formulation
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Identify potential hazards, prioritize and highlight the same based on risk potential and monitor implementation of corrective actions when necessary to mitigate the risks.
2) Identify safety training needs, create a training plan and Calendar, execute the training using internal and external faculties
3) Evaluate the training results and take corrective actions if required to create safety awareness in Formulation.
4) Identify potential health hazards (Dust Exposure), evaluate the risk profile of the hazard.
5) Develop prevention programs post analysis with Corporate SHE when required
6) Monitor implementation of actions based on recommendations to maintain Industrial hygiene levels as per specified limits
7) Facilitate SHE audits and implement corrective actions based on observations to have minimum observations
8) Communicate and implement SHE policies and statutory requirements across Formulation process.
9) Identify NCs if any, provide recommendations and monitor implementation of corrective actions
10) Circulate new policies, provide trainings and conduct/facilitate workshops on compliance needs to ensure minimum non-compliances.
