Qualification:
Ph. D Food Science/Food Technology/ Microbiology
Experience:
- At least 20 years experience in technical management of a division/ dept in a Food Industry
- Organising capabilities (events and programs)
- Implementation exposure on developing company HACCP Plans/Risk Assessment models for variety of food products
- Developing Product Standards and Formulations based on specifications and complying to Regulatory requirements
- Implementation exposure of Food Regulatory Requirements
- Practising Lead Auditor/ Auditor on ISO 22000/FSSC 22000
- Exposure to food analysis and laboratory functions
- Managing Networks of Experts, Steering & Interface Committees
- Handling National and International level collaborations with Government, Industry, Academia, R&D, Nodal agencies
Sound Knowledge and Competence in :
- Codex
- Food Safety Risk Analysis (Risk Assessment, Risk Management, Risk Communication)
- FSSAI Food Regulations & Product Standards, Codex, EU and other global standards
- Statistical Quality/Process Control
- Designing focussed survey for Fact and Data Based Analysis for developing National Risk Assessment models for Food Categories
