Job Description :
 
- HSSE: The Candidate should have HSSE experience in previous organization (Not less than 1 year) and have to Compile, responsible and Owner to drive SHELL & Our Client's HSSE policies, Training- s, ensure executions as per HSSE policy and accountable.

- Project Management: End to End Shell Projects - Responsible & Owner for Planning/starting/execution/completion/handover of Shell E2E projects :

1. Coordination with Customers/ Internal/OPW internal/The Company allotted vendors for executing the E2E Projects.

2. Execution of projects from 0 to 100% and handover to customer and sign off.

- Project Management : NTI, DODO & existing site Shell projects - Responsible & Owner for Planning/starting/execution/completion/handover:

1. Coordination with Customers/ Internal/ The Company allotted vendors for executing the E2E Projects.

2. Execution of projects from 0 to 100% and handover to customer and sign off.

- Services Management: Warranty/AMC Services in Shell - Responsible & Owner for Planning/scheduling/Preventive & Break down services :

1. Warranty Services.

2. AMC Services.

3. Non Warranty/non AMC Services.

4. Annual and Ad-Hoc Stamping verification.

- Vendor Management: Trainings, Skill development, Technical Support, Recognition for best practices.

- Finance & Accounts: Intime Ordering, Intime Invoicing & Payments follow up

- Spares Management & Failure analysis: Timely procurement of spares, scheduling, and analysis of short term failure of equipment.

- Strong Technical competence to solve on site issues & train vendors, skill development and have experience about billing & invoicing.
