We are looking for Sr. Systems Engineer with 8+ years of Experience for our esteemed client for the Bangalore / Gurugram location.

Key Skills: Systems Engineering Life Cycle, processes and principles, requirements development, requirements management and the use of requirements tools, Systems Engineering and Assurance area.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Providing systems engineering/assurance services across the system engineering life cycle including conception, defining the requirements, design, realization, integration, verification, acceptance and support

- Undertake the requirements management activities from concept through to handover stage of the project life cycle

- Achieving engineering and project milestones within the project schedule

- Conducting system engineering activities in accordance with systems engineering framework based upon ISO/IEEE standards

- DOORS Management

- Requirements Development and Management throughout Project Life Cycle

- Undertake Verification and Validation activities

- Participate Assurance gate submission

- Contributing to design reviews, workshops, integration, test and site installation activities

- Working as part of a project or bid team for and of delivery mission-critical capability

- Delivering systems engineering services on time and to the highest quality expected by our clients

- Ensuring that systems engineering activities follow the appropriate methodologies defined in project Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs)

- Must ensure that the tools being used are appropriate for delivery and handover of projects

- Works very closely with projects to ensure that operational deployment is a success

- Must endure appropriate support provided to make the entire project a success

Qualification, Skills, and Experience : 

- A strong background in systems engineering

- Practical experience in all phases of the Systems Engineering Life Cycle, processes and principles.

- Practical experience in requirements development, requirements management and the use of requirements tools.

- Experience of integration, verification, validation, qualification engineering

- Experience in undertaking Systems Assurance activities such as Gate Submission to support successful delivery through to assurance gates

- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Relationship builder who can communicate at all levels.

- Team Focused.

- Communicates honestly, openly and consistently

- Able to evaluate information quickly, identifying key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgement, experience and common sense.

- Mechanical, software, electronics/electrical or systems engineering degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering and Assurance area
