Senior Team Leader - Engine Simulation (12-25 yrs)
The Skill Team Leader Simulation is responsible to guide and lead all analysis and simulation tasks executed in projects as per approved model strategy or to improve existing products within CTQ parameters.
He is responsible to focus on team engagement in engine technology and research related activities and thus ensuring exact results by developing and guiding this team of simulation and analysis engineers following established relevant processes that enable delivering of high quality and accurate results and by direct communication and alignment with the respective testing, design and development teams to ensure optimum correlation of simulation models used.
He further supports by means of simulation and analysis the drive of cost reduction activities and proposals for existing and new engines and shall take care to execute the results within given time frame.
By his in-depth knowledge of engine and its simulation processes and awareness of industry best practice he supports the design and development teams through front loading processes and virtual engine in reducing build and tests requirements from the early concept phase into mass production.
He shall support the HOS in optimised execution of development projects through frontloading approaches.

B Tech In Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from renowned Institute
Project Management/Management courses
Add. Qualifications (IC Engines), languages etc
Relevant Experience:
Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role Min. 15yrs to 20yrs (of domain relevant experience!)
- Managing and developing teams
- Familiar and experienced in using project management tools
- Key technical understanding and vision to incorporate new technologies
- Good understanding of engines and must have skill to handle all engine related simulation tasks
- Full familiarity with simulation tools in HW and SW
- Full familiar with state of art simulation techniques methodology for engines components and systems
