Senior Wind Energy Plant Manager (8-20 yrs)
- Direct Wind farm operations at site for maintenance and repair, focusing on performance and profitability and within the framework of the operation plan
- Oversight of OM activities at Wind farm locations in India
- Oversight of Contractors work
- Maximizing Asset utilization
- Develop strategy for improved maintenance diagnostic and operation to provide additional value
- Direct the performance of Wind Field Operation within assigned contractual scope
- Conduct and review safety analyses and reviews of potential electrical and mechanical hazard
- Be proficient at Root Cause Analysis to accurately determine failure mode and reason
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports that pertain to the performance and operation of the wind farm
- Ensure that all work performed at wind farms conform to applicable regulatory and environmental standards
