Sentiss Pharma - Senior Executive - Supply Chain (2-3 yrs)
Candidate should have 2-3 yrs of experience in procurement of API with reputed pharma company.
- Procurement of Raw Material / API for R&D & commercial batches.
- Sourcing of New Molecules for R&D project as per the budget allocated.
- End to end Coordination for development of new products and provide information and support wrt . rates, availability, sourcing and generate essential data.
- Strategic sourcing for critical molecules and analysing requirement as per market trend
- Negotiations and price comparisons to ensure cost effective procurement
- Track price and Supply position of Key inputs and control purchasing as per budgets.
- Identifying EOQ, Inventory analysis and maintain optimum inventory levels, Defining Inventory turns, Work on lead time and Minimum Order Quatity of each item & develop action plan to improve the same.
- Root cause analysis for all the rejections and creating 5 why analysis for any misses
- Audit compliance, MIS preparations and maintaining records as per ISO Standards.
- Coordination with cross functional teams ensuring end to end internal & external customer
