Position Description:

We are Travel industry leader, Renting of Private cars and commercial vehicles across the India. Our prestigious client based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Odisha, Patna. 4 Wheeler India is looking for a highly skilled Service Engineer, to work within our their ever expanding department on a full time basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for the chosen candidate to work in a very modern and luxurious working environment. The successful Service Engineer will be working a 40-hour week with access to onsite.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Service support for our vehicle

Primary activity

- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support of 4wheeler India.

- Address customer support issues promptly and professionally.

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive attitude and actions to optimize system performance

- Proactive preventive maintenance and modifications, reactive repairs and basic calibration, and installations and de-installations, in a timely, productive, and cost effective way

- Train Drivers And Customers in the appropriate maintenance of systems.

- Maximize system performance and minimize downtime

- Interpret customers- needs and take responsibility for problem resolution amongst other functions liaising with the customer on administrative and technical matters

- Manage all aspects of field support, which is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking

- Expectation to work out of hours within reason.

- Provides technical direction and support to customers on instrument operation, assay development, and maintenance of company products.

- Install instrumentation, train customers and ensure a smooth and rapid start-up for new customers

- Demonstration of company's instruments, software and reagents to customers.

- Verify the vehicle related to Mileage, and Engine Efficiency .

- Work closely with Tech support and Tech service Teams

Secondary activity :

- Quality Checking and Inspection of cars

- Support seminars and presentations at customer sites, trade shows and workshops

- Support engine mount development

- Correlation of reference models

- Documentation, communication and presentation to affected areas; meeting facilitation

Skills Required:

- Good communication and project management skills

- Strong ability and desire to work in a global environment

- Excellent language skills (English)

Skills Preferred:

- Automobile Engineering

Experience Required: Fresher Experienced can Apply

Education Required: Certificate/ ITI/ Diploma/ Graduate (B. Tech )

Education Field : Electrical, Mechanical & Automobile
