Service Engineer (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Service Engineer to independently manage the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Laser Welding, Laser Cutting, and Laser Marking machines. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch technical support and training to customers while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle the installation and troubleshooting of Laser Welding, Laser Cutting, and Laser Marking machines.
- Provide comprehensive training and technical support to customers, ensuring they are equipped to operate the machinery effectively.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on laser equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Ensure all service activities comply with safety regulations and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in product performance.
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in the installation and troubleshooting of Laser Welding, Laser Cutting, and Laser Marking machines.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service and team collaboration.
