Service Engineer (1-3 yrs)
- Daily and routine maintenance of Domino printers at customer site to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction.
- The role is well suited for individuals that are keen to advance their career in industrial service and gain hands-on experience in a workplace that values hard work, integrity, customer centricity and performance.
- The key responsibilities of the role include to provide onsite service and customer support.
- Study of different type of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation.
- Conduct onsite (online) printer trial.
- On- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction
- Meet service & spares budget for assigned geographical territory
Essential:
- Strong desire for a career in field service
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to write service reports in English
- Fluency in local language
