Service Engineer - Computer Hardware Repair (0-4 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Supporting on calls and emails.
- Coordinate with appointed service center
- Troubleshooting of our offered products.
- Co-ordination for logistics of customer machines.
- Hardware installation and maintenance of Laptops, Tablets, & Industrial PC's.
- MIS report for service calls and emails.
- In-house computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Networking and firewall
- OS installation for servers and laptops.
- Integration of various parts in Laptops, tablets and Industrial PC's
- Work may involve a lot of travel.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
- MBA/MCA with a BE/BTech preferably in Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ IT
- 1-2 years as a sales engineer in Computer hardware industries or Fresher
- Excellent spoken and written English
PLUS :
- Highly conversant with Computers and Networking, preferably able to open and troubleshoot computers oneself, as well as configure simple networks
- A passion for reading and online research
