Service Engineer - IT Firm (2-8 yrs)
Job Roles :
- Handle customer complaints and solve the technical problem at client's location on inverters, batteries UPS.
- Understand customer requirements on visit or prior to visit.
- Commissioning the ups & batteries
- Troubleshooting the ups
- Regularly preventive maintenance on site & feedback to coordinator
- Daily fill up field service report at site
