Service Engineer - Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Looking for Service Engineer with 3 to 10 years experience in working with special purpose/packaging/pharma/ Industrial machine installation, commissioning and after sales support.
Qualification :
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering is an advantage
Location : Malaysia (only localities)
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Provide high level technical support to Indonesia Distributors/Customers & SEA customers (as and when required).
2. Installation, Commissioning & Customer Training.
3. To attend customer complaint and solve the problem and provide high customer satisfaction.
4. Attending Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and resolving problems in the machines and Tools at the customer site.
5. Identify and implement upgradation/retrofit opportunity.
6. Work on long-term relationship with the customer through annual reliability service contracts.
7. Train and support Distributor service engineers on the product.
8. Generate Target revenue.
9. Collect feedback from customer and share it with the concerned departments for improvements (if any).
10. Engaging with the Distributor/Customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
