Service Engineer - Printing/Packaging Machinery (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Attending service calls within 24 hrs.
- Customer relationship management - provide speedy and efficient services, build up a rapport with customers
- Product improvement - give the recommended inputs about the product which help our team to develop a more efficient and cost effective product.
- Ensure training of the operator for the new product and OEM team on regular time interval.
- Ensure collection of the service payment on time.
- Take initiative to explain the customer about our product benefit during their service or installation visit.
- Ensure to submit planner, customer and market reports on a weekly basis.
