Service Engineer - Sales & Support (1-3 yrs)
Service Engineer - Chennai and Bangalore
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
Activity : 1. Improving customer satisfaction
Measurable :
- Respond to calls within 3-4hrs
- Attend to complaints within 24-48hrs
- Resolving the call should be with in 72hrs.
- MOM with Customer Satisfaction report.
- Prospect for repeat business for spares and service.
- Customer feedback form
Activity : 2. After Sales Activities
- Service review fortnight / monthly by calling customer to get service visit purchase order within fornight
- Visit customer place to promote spares and retrofit of our machine as well competitors
- Follow up for payments
Activity : 03
Service Support Activities
- Customer complaint log with feedback to customer with date and time.
- Process data collection at every service visit, to get lead for service parts.
- Provide reports on the notes of activity done during service visit to collate information on machine history. (service report for customer, Internal report, application report)
- Also update Notes of running parameters for the particular application after service call.
- Excess material returnable should be reported on monthly basis
Activity : 04
- Upskill knowledge and Customer training
- Follow-up with customer for enrollment based on the calendar schedule for training.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS (ESSENTIAL) :
General :
- High level of leadership, teamwork and management skills.
- IT Knowledge in terms of Softwar's, Word, Excel, e-mail.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION :
- University Diploma or degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE & OTHERS :
- Should have min of 2-3 Years of Experience
- Awareness for new technologies and new product concepts.
