Service Engineer/Technician - Printing Solutions (1-5 yrs)
1.0 Key tasks/ Responsibilities:
1.1 Study of different type of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation.
1.2 Conduct onsite (online) printer trial.
1.3 On- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Printing products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction
1.4 Meet service & spares budget for assigned geographical territory

5.1 Maximum 2-4 years of experience in on site service and customer support of capital goods relating to industrial packaging automation
5.2 Job requires travelling to manufacturing facilities of customers.
6.0 Pre-requisites
6.1 Sound health is mandatory
6.2 Should have own vehicle that can be used for business travel purpose
