Service Manager - Assembly Operations (5-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- Must Have handled a team.
- As a leader of after sale technical services & support, shall be able to attend and resolve issues as and when required basis.
- Managing the whole service team and assigning the task as per their specialization.
- Ability to handle Customer complain and to suffice amicably on technical ground.
- Preparation of complaint redressal report and record system.
- Knowledge of Assembly tools with background in mechanical or electrical.
- Ability to convenience customer & Engineers at site during complaints redressal.
- Accountable for planning, organizing and increasing efficiency of team.
- Liable for enhancing knowledge levels and overall quality capabilities of engineers.
- Effective decisions regarding training schedule, date, time and place.
- Conducting training's, induction and On Job Training to new joiners
- Identifying individual training need and providing the trainings accordingly
- Serving as a single point of contact between Microntech engineers and customer technical issues.
