Service Manager - Automobile (7-15 yrs)
1. Managing all field technical issues, queries & support, for a Brand of 2 wheeler
2. Service circular planning and Communication to field service team for action and ensure to upload in Portal.
3. SOP preparation for field service and distributor.
4. Co-ordination of Field Fix with Plant and Spares. Monitoring progress and updating back end on status
5. Monitoring warranty for Brand & ensuring warranty cost reduction by interaction with CQA. Similarly for IRU's (Defects only) with Plant and PQA
6. Monthly report to CQA & R&D on all FRs, obtaining corrective actions from CQA, Plant and informing Field team
7. Closely monitor new product CUFT's and ensure closure of all issues before commercial launch in planned countries
8. Ensure the availability of SKU code country wise before launch in planned countries
Key Deliverables :
1. Technical support to Field teams for Brand
2. Constant Interactions with CQA, R&D and Plant on all technical issues of Brand
3. Constant monitoring of Brand performance in all Markets
Technical/ Functional :
- Good Technical skills :Ability to handle product related technical issues
- Understanding of product is paramount. Hands on, practical approach, absolutely essential.
Behavioral :
- Analytical Skills.
- Communication Skills. Fluency in spoken & written English a must. Convent education is a plus point
- Influencing Skills.
- Leadership Skills.
