Service Manager - HVACR (10-15 yrs)
Service Manager required to take care of international customers for a reputed Consumer Durables and Airconditioning systems manufacturing company in Mumbai
He will be responsible for the following :
A) Products technical support & services for Airconditioning and Refrigeration Products.
B) Improving customer satisfaction score of internal & external customers
C) Troubleshooting and service support to customer in permanent resolution of customer complaints within agreed stipulated time
D) Spare parts management & support
E) Support the distributors for required technical documentation & trainings to improve the customer satisfaction.
F) Generate the revenue through sales of spares, AMCs and value added services
G) Cost & profitability analysis & MIS of warranty claims (within & out of warranty cases)
H) Root cause analysis and permanent resolution of customer complaints
I) Create technical literature, planning, installation, operation, maintenance & service manuals and guidelines on timely basis
J) Publish customer interaction calendar and follow the same on timely basis to capture field/customer feedback as per plan.
The candidate should have technical expertise of handing, operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of HVAC & R multi brand products.
He should have Good Personality, Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
