Key Responsibilities

Complaint Management: 

- Efficiently manage and resolve complaints related to solar products.

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and effective repairs or replacements.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Product Replacement :

- Coordinate the replacement of faulty or damaged product, including solar pumps and inverters.

- Follow up with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.

- Monitor the performance of replaced equipment and address any recurring issues.

Team Management:

- Oversee the activities of the service team, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle service requests.

- Motivate and support the team to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Insurance Claims:

- Follow up with assigned employee to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.

- Ensure timely processing of claims and reimbursement.

Data & Performance Analysis:

- Analyse service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- The manager should be able to analyse service complaint data and insurance claims.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Provide excellent customer service and address their concerns promptly.

- Resolve customer disputes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of various products in solar industry.

- Experience in customer service and complaint resolution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications.

- B. Tech degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering and/or MBA
