Service Manager - West - Life Sciences/Healthcare/Medical Devices Industry (7-12 yrs)
Position: Manager Service - West
Location: Mumbai
Experience: minimum of 8 years
Qualifications : B.Tech. (Electronics/Instrumentation)and MBA in Operations/Marketing from a reputed business school
Exposure to Life Sciences/Healthcare/Medical Devices industry will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy a strategy to drive the service business in the region
- Lead a team of Field Service Engineers in the region
- Improve contract coverage (AMC/CMC/Support) and drive sales of spares in the region
- Optimize processes, costs and resources to generate high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely installations, preventive maintenance, calibration, trouble shooting of Analytical instruments
